#4 Top 10 Tips on How to Break Up With Your Diet- Throw Away Your Diet Books &Food Logs

Top Tip #4 has you clearing your bookshelves as you shift your reading to women who support, empower and have you learning to accept your here-and-now body!

I hope you have been finding my daily Top Tips helpful and seeing how taking action will give you relief from your body and food challenges.

As you make these small shifts, check in with how you feel if you are willing. When actions make us feel better, we repeat them.

Today’s Top Tip is to Throw Away Your Diet Books. While I am a big believer in repurposing, sharing, and not being wasteful, in this tip, I literally mean to THROW AWAY, not give away, share, or pass along. We don’t want to hurt the people we love.

As an Intuitive Eating and Body Image Health Coach, my mission is to create a new paradigm of removing diet culture and having body acceptance for all our bodies. Learning to be the expert on yourself and connecting your mind, body, and food, you will learn with time, practice patience, and compassion that all you need is you!
