#10 Top Tips to Break Up With Your Diet- Ask Yourself, “What do I need?”

I will share my last Top Tip to Body Peace & Food Freedom today. I hope you have found all this information helpful in learning to accept and be at ease in your body and food.

Today's Top Tip #10 is to ask yourself, "What Do I Need?

The words sound simple, and it is a powerful question. We often keep ourselves overbusy or don't believe our needs matter.

Top Tip #10 to Body Peace & Food Freedom: Ask yourself, “What do I need?”

I am here to tell you (and a reminder to myself as well) that our needs do matter, and when our needs are met, everything else begins to fall into place. Many of us have forgotten this simple question and the importance to continue checking in with ourselves, asking, "What Do I Need?"

I hope you have noticed over the past ten days that I did not mention what you "should" eat, how much to eat, or when to eat. I gave you the power of autonomy because I believe in you and your learning about what you need.
Our relationship with food is the messenger to when our needs are being met or not met. When our needs are not met, or we are not satisfied physically, mentally, or emotionally food is often our go-to to numb or soothe our stress, anxiety, loneliness, boredom, or procrastination.

Everyone's need to deflect may differ; do you know what yours is?
Mani, Pedi's, and bubble baths are nice "to have;" they don't really address the core of self-care and the essential question, "What do I Need?"

Body Peace & Food Freedom is about helping you to answer for yourself, "What Do I Need" to heal your relationship with food and body. We dig deep with community, connection, education, and support combined with deep dive coaching.
