Enjoy a taste of Mindful and Intuitive Eating at this in-person workshop. Join us for community, connection, delicious food, and friends.
In this workshop, you will be introduced to the Body Peace & Food Freedom Method that will have you on your path of breaking free from dieting, learning to UNDiet your life, and have you feeling happy, healthy, and confident at any size.
You will use all of your senses (sight, touch, smell, hearing, and taste) to create the ultimate satisfaction as we eat, enjoy, and share a gourmet meal and practice Mindful Eating.
This interactive in-person workshop is a Gourmet Mindful Eating Experience. It's time to stop reading about mindful eating and feel the power of the practice!

What will we do?
We will explore a taste of Intuitive and Mindful Eating through the experiential meditations of A Taste of Mindfulness & The Mindful Raisin with reflections.
Share a gourmet meal through the Mindful Eating Experience.
Learn four types of Grounding practices to connect you to the eating experience.
Learn the BASICS of Mindful Eating
Explore the Hunger-Fullness Scale
Explore the different types of hunger
Take a Mindful Eating Assessment; this is not a test; it is the path to awareness through curiosity.
Learn the difference between Mindful Meal Planning vs. Traditional Meal planning
What you’ll take away:
How to be present and mindful before, during, and after the eating experience
Understand the importance and how to notice your hunger and fullness and use the Hunger-Fullness Scale
A significantly higher levels of enjoyment and satisfaction in your eating experience
The ability to connect your mind, body, and food
To be able to "Ground" yourself quickly at the start of your eating experience to become connected and present.
The ability to practice and use the BASICS of Mindful Eating
