As an Intuitive Eating Health Coach, I help clients build habits that support their individual goals and needs. I take a diet agnostic approach, meaning there are no meal plans, food "rules," or supplements.
Instead, my client-centered coaching style is all about empowering you with the mindset and tools to be happy, healthy, and confident at any size.

What you eat is just one piece. At its core, true health is about how you feel. It’s about making conscious positive choices that support your whole body. We’ll focus on cultivating a wellness mindset through nutrition, movement, sleep, gratitude, and self-compassion.
Here’s how Individual Wellness Coaching Works:
1 : 1 Coaching Sessions
We'll use our twice-monthly Zoom sessions to discuss specific challenges, celebrate wins, and develop strategies for continued success. You never have to feel like you are on this road alone. I offer support with zero percent guilt or shame. Remember, we’re looking for progress, not perfection! It takes time to create sustainable change, so a six-month commitment is required for 1:1 coaching.
