Body Liberation is the belief that all bodies are worthy and have the right to exist as they are. Intuitive Eating practitioners support a non-dieting approach to changing your eating habits. You are the expert and learn to trust your body to make food choices that feel good for you, without judging yourself or the influence of diet culture.

If you are following “experts” that talk about the number on the scale, counting calories, balancing macros or BMI, they are “hijacking” the words of Intuitive Eating. Sadly, I see this all the time.
