Be Body Positive: Happy, Healthy and Confidant teach you the skills to improve self-care, disordered eating, depression, anxiety, and weight cycling.

This program will help you create a positive relationship with your physical self to allow you to embrace your here-and-now body and thrive in all that you want to do.

You need to know you are not alone!

By removing the restrictions of diet culture and the traditional metrics of health, wellness, and beauty, you will discover that you can become an expert on yourself and create lasting confidence and happiness.

Based on the Be Body Positive Model, this support group will teach you five powerful Competencies to help you develop resources and a renewed energy to take care of your Body.

When we become confident using these skills, we can care for ourselves in Body, mind, and spirit from a place of self-love and appreciation.
